We have a 30-day guarantee / return policy, which means you have 30 days to try out the product after receiving your item to request a return. (only applicable to Wildseed Wellness products purchased through this site only)

If for any reason you are dissatisfied with the product anytime within the first 30 days of purchase, Wildseed Haircare will gladly allow return of the unused portion of the product for a full refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be returned in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase and you must have a Return Authorization #.

To start a return, send an email to support@wildseedhaircare.com with your name, address, phone and reason for return.  If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a Return Authorization #, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You will be responsible for the return shipping.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Bundle purchases of 2 months or more are excluded from this guarantee and are non-returnable. If you wish to try out the product, then purchase individual products first and then purchase the bundle after you are satisfied with the product.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
